Gali DashTerms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and us (Bika_Dev) when you play Gali Dash. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. They don't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
1. Who we are
Gali Dash is made and published by Bika_Dev (Bikash Kumar Nayak), an independent developer in India. Contact: bikashnayak36331@gmail.com. Our contact details as a trader are also shown on the game's Google Play page.
2. The game
- Gali Dash is free to download and play. There are no purchases with real money.
- You can choose to watch rewarded video ads for in-game rewards. Ads are never required to play.
- Coins, outfits, moves, upgrades and other in-game items have no real-money value, can't be sold or exchanged for money, and are saved only on your device.
- The game may still be in testing. We may change, add or remove features, content and prices in coins, and we may stop offering the game, though we'll try to give notice in the update notes or on our website.
3. Playing fairly
Please don't cheat, hack, modify or redistribute the game, interfere with its ads, or use it to break the law. The game, its art, characters and music belong to us or our licensors; you may play it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Sharing screenshots and videos of your runs is welcome.
4. Ads and other services
Ads are provided by Unity LevelPlay and the ad networks it works with, under their own terms and privacy policies. How information is handled is explained in our privacy policy.
5. No warranty and limits
We work hard to make Gali Dash fun and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.
6. Ending
You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the game. Uninstalling or clearing the game's data deletes your progress.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim there.
